Haiti TPS terminated after Supreme Court ruling

Following the Supreme Court's June 2026 decision in Mullin v. Doe, Haiti's TPS designation is terminated effective July 27, 2026; USCIS later tells employers that work permits issued to Haitian TPS holders are no longer valid proof of work authorization. Syria's termination takes effect at the same time (USCIS, Pew Research Center).
