Iran's Atomic Energy Organization accuses the US of striking the Darkhovin nuclear power plant construction site in Khuzestan. The IAEA says the site was in the very early stages of construction, contained no nuclear material, and repeats Director General Grossi's call for military restraint near all nuclear-related sites.
