    ABC7 reports that the family of V.M.L. has voluntarily dismissed its lawsuit 'to give themselves space and time to consider all the options that are available to them' (ACLU attorney Gracie Willis). Judge Terry Doughty had said he had a strong suspicion that the government deported a US citizen 'with no meaningful process' and had scheduled a hearing for May 16 (ABC7).
