Source Submissions

If you have information about incidents that should be documented, see Source Safety for guidance on secure communication. We do not currently operate a SecureDrop instance.

Attorneys, ICC investigators, and legal researchers seeking to use this archive in proceedings: every incident page includes structured citation formats (Chicago, APA, Bluebook, BibTeX, RIS) and a downloadable JSON record. The evidentiary standards page explains how our classifications map to ICC thresholds.

For questions about specific incident records, the evidence preservation system, or the chain of custody for captured evidence, email directly.

Mirror Hosting

If you represent an organization willing to host a mirror copy of this archive, we want to hear from you. The archive is public domain — no permission needed to mirror. But coordinated mirrors receive automated updates. See Download for the full site archive.

Press

For press inquiries, email directly. This archive is a project of the Lilac Party.

Report an Error

If you've found a factual error, a broken source link, or a classification you believe is incorrect, email with "CORRECTION" in the subject line. All material corrections are logged in the incident's update history. See Methodology for our corrections policy.
